Owner / Home Inspector
Matthew Kuzma, a Certified Journeyman Electrician and licensed Home Inspector (CPBC License #: 76427), moved to Victoria in 2008 with the Canadian Armed Forces.
After buying his first home, he gained valuable insight into homeownership, construction, and maintenance. Through personal renovations and studies in Electrical at Camosun College, Matt built expertise in residential and commercial electrical work, as well as property management.
A graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program, he now provides clear, detailed home inspection services, helping clients make informed choices when buying a new home.
