We recently enlisted the services of Stellar Home Inspections for a house inspection on our prospective new home. Matt was recommended to us by our realtor. We required the inspection to be done within 48 hours, due to conditions of the offer. Matt was able to fulfill this request by coming to do the inspection on a weekend and then taking well over 2 hours to walk us through all the initial findings of his inspection. Matt has expertise in electrical issues, which was very relevant to the inspection on this particular house and very helpful. His report was sent to us 24 hours after the inspection was completed.
