Matt recently did the home inspection for the townhouse that we are purchasing, and really went above and beyond to make sure that the inspection could be completed fully. I don’t know many home inspectors that would go out of their way to help the current homeowner move their stuff around so that they could ensure access to important points of inspection, but he sure did. His work was thorough, he reviewed all of his notes with us in person before leaving, and he sent a very descriptive report including suggestions for issue remediation. He even managed to get us in very quickly for our inspection! It was great working with him, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection done. Thanks Matt!

Best investment EVER! Because of Matt attention to detail it saved us thousands off the price of the house. He was incredibility thorough, he didn’t leave a stone out of place. It was also helpful to know the little things (like a heat vent that had disconnected and many others) that saves money and future headaches. I really like the report to use as a to do list as well!

Matt Kuzma

Owner / Home Inspector

Matthew Kuzma, a Certified Journeyman Electrician and licensed Home Inspector (CPBC License #: 76427), moved to Victoria in 2008 with the Canadian Armed Forces. After buying his first home, he gained valuable insight into homeownership, construction, and maintenance. Through personal renovations and studies in Electrical at Camosun College, Matt built expertise in residential and commercial electrical work, as well as property management. A graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program, he now provides clear, detailed home inspection services, helping clients make informed choices when buying a new home.
